    Partnering with Elgin

What do you do with a home, which is beyond repair, before you can rebuild?   Well one idea is let the local fire department run training exercises.   This property at 482 Freemont will eventually be our 100th home, see note to the right.  But before we demolish the property to rebuild, the fire department wanted to use it to run some training.  So below, the home filled with smoke, not fire, to provide training on search and rescue for the Elgin Fire Department.
